Anthony Lo, MBA, CPA, CGFM Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). He is currently the Branch Chief of Resource Audit Branch of the Forest Service, Albuquerque Service Center. He joined the Forest Service in 1990 and worked in many different positions in the budget and financial management arena. His positions included budget analyst, budget officer, systems accountant, operating accountant, regional financial manager, and currently, the branch chief of Resource Audit Branch. Before joining the Forest Service, he worked briefly with the Internal Revenue Service and US Department of Veterans Affairs. Anthony graduated from Temple University located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Computer Information Science) and a Master of Business Administration (Accounting).
