Andrew McQuade, MBA, CGFM Andrew is a Senior Consultant at CGI Federal with over four years experience supporting federal clients. Currently, he provides onsite support and training to the U.S. Forest Service’s Albuquerque Service Center in the areas of budget execution, federal financial management, and federal IT systems. Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business.
